then you make the hit marker much smaller at the center of each icon and make the icons wider horizontal to each other in the field. Further, you make each field (office area) an entirely separate entity(value - by length or type) when it comes to the validation of the touch. The BS that its easy to mis-configure is just that, its the programming at fault and its being exploited to steal elections IF no one notices. This isn't the first election where its happened and remarkably its always in favor of the dOmocrat. The programmers aren't newbies and they are paid well NOT to make these types of mistakes (I've hired and contracted quite a few over the years), particularly repeatedly.
Calibration of Elo touchscreens are very easy to configure incorrectly. When you run calibration it will ask you to touch 5 spots on the screen. If you touch above or below the 5 spots than that will affect future touches in the reverse direction.
Given that the machine clearly shows an X over the selection anybody with half a mind will see that the touch was off. If he touched a tad lower the second check mark would have been checked.
To counterbalance this we need to "calibrate" some machines to auto-select the Republican. What's fair is fair. Isn't "fairness" the theme of this administration and it's supporters. If it was the other way around we'd never be able to stop the screaming.
Auto-select = auto-elect. Perhaps that's how our last two elections were resolved, well at least the last one.
I'm beginning to sound like a defective CD. (I used to say "a broken record." ) When I first voted, (1955 -- I'm older than dirt) there was not an inkling of thought about voter fraud, especially on a national level. Oh yes, we heard about it happening in some obscure hinterland but it never was a major issue. Now, I hear about it in every kind of election from Dogpatch to Dallas. To me, it has become one of the signposts pointing to the decline of America into the kind of country we used to send foreign aid to. It makes me angry. Then, it makes me sad, which makes me angry again. And here, I had to give up drinking. The Pirate asks, "Where is the DOJ?" Then he answers his own question. Democrat or Republican, there was a time when the chief policeman was respected and expected to do the right thing. Even that has become problematic.!@#$%%$#@!
the question is even if the fraud were to be over come would the republican party actually do things differently that would be of a positive nature? we aren't entering the darkest period as was observed would happen by Ayn Rand we are deep into it. what i find astounding is that those who are perpetuating it haven't a clue as to what they are doing and they have supporters who do not realize that they are going down with the ship. each and everyday another nail is put into the coffin, and soon there will not be enough room for nails.
The American technique sought by the damn Dems is to (the end justifying any means) guarantee that their president is installed every eight years. Why not? That looks good to low information voters and a retired president has it $$$ made for the rest of his or her life.
Yes, comrade citizens, all hands on deck is required to cram through a guarantee for the superior ideology of socialist fundamental change. Lois Lerner knew what she was writing about in her intercepted emails. When you are dealing with moron Constitution lovers, the end always justifies the means. Now all y'all get out there and cheat like there's no tomorrow!
Probably because only certain people are authorized to shut down a machine (and they're at a site across the county from the report, dealing with the voting booth that won't unfold in another polling place)... and even then, those votes "must" be counted, otherwise some voters may, um, be "disenfranchised"...
I volunteer to be a polling place worker... I can see some "action-driven" worker with ulterior motives making sure that defective machines like this stay in service... others of us, OTOH, would have no problem killing that defective machine - even if it changed all the Dem voted to Libertarian. (Tho, yes, I can see the temptation to let the reprogramed, er, deliberately skewed, er, "defective" machine keep on miscounting - if it cheated in favor of what I wanted...)
Strange... we never seemed to have this level of fraud when we had paper ballots... even WITH Chad and his hangers...
This is nothing new for Illinois. Although Moline is practically Iowan. Why aren 't these machines removed from action once reported to the pollworkers?
Where is the DOJ? Out recruiting for Black Panthers for voter intimidation campaigns.
