Multiple member PM

I sent a multiple member PM recently as a test to see if I could do it. The test worked but I also wanted to see if members could be removed if they wanted to opt out. I didn't see any way to do that. I also noticed the "subscribe to comments" feature isn't available in PM. Is there a way to change that?
