What are the primary factors of education? Parents who endorse the educational process. Ben Carson said the same thing and talked about how his life changed when his mother told him to turn off the TV and go read books instead.

Money is not the answer to our failing education system, but it means everything in the world to the politicians.

Great commentary by Walter Williams. But what is says is common sense, and our betters in politics don't believe in common sense

  Oh, they believe in manipulating the common people to think what they want - thereby controlling "common sense". ;)
  
  I prefer actually thinking and debating a topic instead of whipping people into a frenzy and relying on mob rule.
