Can we not all come together in agreement that the HUMAN BEING laying on the table and BREATHING is HUMAN LIFE?

I understand that this is a tough topic, that posting this may make me extremely unpopular with some, but seriously...is there anyone who can make the argument that it is not a human being when it is laying on the table and breathing? If not, at what point is it?
