Austrians seek to make German mandatory

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I believe that a nation's citizens should all be able to converse using that nation's primary language. On the other hand, the pointed nature of this very targeted legislation makes me hesitant to endorse all of it's extreme measures.

Do they require english speaking Protestants to use a Latin text?

They're trying to get a handle on a problem that is threatening to overtake Europe. When you look at the Islamification of Britain, as an example, the Austrians have every right to be nervous.

Interesting to see where this development leads...
