Holy crap, dude.
I've been doing a low carb/sugar diet for a while, so your BBQ is right on the menu.
And it's appreciated because that diet quickly becomes "same old thing".
I supplement the protein with some lower carb veggies when I can.
The most convenient thing I've found is kimchee from a local Korean restaurant.
I love the stuff.
Joan can't stand it... and she can't stand my breath after I've eaten it.
So, consider a grilled veggie product: diced squash, broccoli, carrots, etc grilled al dente and seasoned with the dry rub portion of your BBQ recipe.
For a high carb (read: normal diet) alternative, throw in diced potato, kernel corn, onion, and tomato.
If you made it, I'd buy it.
Just a suggestion.
Thanks
Thumbs up!
Looking forward to having the burnt ends and the pulled pork this weekend.
Woo-hoo!
Later tonight, my wife and I will place an order.
BTW, *great* name.
Do you sell bbq sauce?
