We have traded under-regulation for over-regulation

He reports to Obama. Maybe the question should be “how does Obama still have a job”?

As an OK resident, I have to caution everyone that even the "reddest" state is not entirely conservative. The GOP establishment still has a lot of pull, and is nervous about how nullification is perceived as "extremist", so don't be too disappointed if this effort falls short of actually passing.

Unfortunately, like most Americans, drastic action won't be attempted by Oklahomans until Federal government overreach becomes almost too powerful to overcome. No one wants to believe just how amoral our government has become, and it may take a violent wake up call to jar them to sensibility.

How does Holder still have a job?

Be wary. The DOJ under Czar Holder will do everything they can to prevent this from happening.

Good point. Lets let the EPA run crazy and stifle all industry to the point they all move to China and India or anywhere else that no regulations exist. Great progressive plan.

We need to take back the states so that the states can do their job and rein in the feds. I do hope for states start using nullification.

I hope it passes. I think a lot of states will follow if this works.

I am guessing West Virginia will be watching this as well. Their coal industry has been hit hard.
