    With this administration words mean nothing. They say what they have too to appease their base and don't care at all what anybody thinks.

    The reason that other countries don't want to make deals with the US government is that they don't take the word of Obama and his minions anymore than Gulchers do. Other countries are mystified by how Obama can get away with his incessant lying.
