3D gun plans - Speech or Illegal Export?

I like the legal wrangling, but to me, it isn't a gun until it has been physically assembled.

    Neither. Freedom to create whatever you wish with your own equipment. Sending plans is no export of anything.

    Another example of the dictatorship of the fedgov over the sovereign people.
    Every 3d printer owner should be making and selling these at cost+10% in their own self interest.
