Sean Penn destroys 65 firearms to get the girl

I have done some weird things in my life for a “piece” but this colossal stupidity. Never mind that if the “artist” who “deactivated” the firearms messed with the serial numbers he may be guilty of a felony. Also, is it ok for Anderson Cooper to own firearms? I thought these people were into universal background checks.

    I didn't say anything about giving up MY guns. I said I'd buy 70 to melt them down. I'm talking government buy-back program grade guns here folks.

    Mine could always go in the closet or the attic.

    I actually get annoyed when I see someone explaining their comment was sarcasm. I wouldn't use a symbol either. There's something undercutting about it. If it costs me points because someone gets offended I'm okay with that. (P.s. I have next to no tolerance for "being offended"... lol)

    He an Hugo Chavez are birds of a feather. Hugo died in march of 2013... Penn's brain long before that... In fairness I respect his efforts in Haiti, but I wonder about his motives... also if he still has gun or two stashed. So many of these Hollywood types seem driven by peer pressure. I have no doubt he can afford armed body guards with "cowardly killing machines".

    Okay, I admit I avoid looking the mirror, and back when I still had a major crush on her I felt I wasn't good enough for someone like her... but, baby, if THAT piece of trash is what she's looking for in a man... I can do better than HER.

    Yeah, but 10 years from now, the "Bloom will be off the rose", But with just a little oil and care the guns will be a good (if not even more collectible) than ever. So, I guess the Theron thing is that "Instant Gratification" rather than waiting thing....

    BHO is Lee Van Cleef's character (Angel Eyes).
    Penn is Eli Wallach's character (Tuco).
    Except, even Tuco had a basic decency about him.
