This is a huge victory in regards to the RAMPANT voter fraud occurring in Ohio, and has put on notice other states. Note the slap in the face of the Ob administration.

I love these people who fight the good fight for the accountability of our bloated deceitful government.

Aha! And there is the issue. I'm going to protest loudly that I think it's ridiculous if a person can't produce the necessary documentation. Must be illegally trying to vote. Embarrass the living heck out of them.

That's disturbing. Why is it an issue to prove proof of residency/citizenship?? It should be REQUIRED! I hate this country right now. It's unrecognizable to me anymore. :-(

It would seem to me that voter fraud would be hard to do. Your state ID with a picture on it and your SSN card should be all you need. But it would seem that not enough! What is wrong with this program that it can not cross check Name, and SSN number with address and the SSN Adm? Anyone that has a problem with those requests, should not be voting in the first place!

This assumes that they actually comply with the settlement. My bet is that they go back to doing things the way they always have. It will take follow-up lawsuits and putting people in jail before any real change will happen. Just my humble opinion.

"Under the terms of this groundbreaking settlement, the people of Ohio can now rest easier that their elections will be cleaner, beginning with the 2014 elections."

Note it says "cleaner" and not "clean." While I applaud their efforts and results, with the move to electronic digital voting machines I will never trust an election to be clean again. It is far too easy for ones and zeroes to be manipulated in any way that a controlling entity wants it to be. I believe it is the reason that so many communities in the past national election produced more votes than there were voters. There is not doubt in my mind that there was enough fraud in the 2012 election to make a difference.

You KNOW they aren't, which is why they aren't done. That these people are vigilant in going after corruption in government is only part of it. At least they're proactive. The component about this that still has me disgusted, is that this is not getting prominent coverage. It should be blazoned on the front pages of newspapers. But it won't be. Don't want to lose more readership.... }-p
