I didn't discover Ayn Rand until I was 23 and had wasted some years chasing the last of the hippie philosophers. What an eye opener! I wish I had discovered her at 14. It would have saved me so much.
Anyhow, I am a software architect and developer by trade. I am an avid futurists and extremely techno-optimistic. The one place I am not optimistic is in the realm of human and institutional stupidity. But this is a fantastic time to be alive!
