Here is where it all falls apart. This creature will get the faceless masses to supposedly elect her, and then continue the democrap method of crushing any possibility of improvements by imposing more and more looting/mooching programs (such as our wonderful Obamacare), which, as they destroy the economy (whats left of it) they then blame on the republocraps. Is there a benign dictator we can hire, and dispose with all of them?

Does anyone understand the "tax loophole" described int he article which lets hedgefund and private equity managers pay lower taxes than the average person? Is this just capital gains?

No, there's no benign dictator. Rand gave us the recipe for rebellion: go on strike. And in the process, conform to the very ethical precept of the looters.

bolstering wages even as the unemployment rate has fallen to a seven-year low of 5.3 percent.

Translated. Thanks to Bubba that figure gets a boost by not counting 10% of the workforce. so 5.3 is 5.3% of 90.or 4.77 plus 10 for 14.77. Rather than the intended message of 94.7.

In the Clinton school of Economics that 's how you make 85% into 95%.

If her plan is that inaccurate maybe she should take an economics course or just read Hazlitts book.

As for the republicans there is only one dfference between Demos and Dumbos.and it isn't economics.

Vote for No Evil neither lesser or greater!

Your self respect is more important than their landslide.

Not to mention the original intent of the great speech is crap.

This is a capitulation to her main opposition within the Democratic Party, Bernie Sanders, who believes that regardless of what you do for 40 hours a week, you should be able to send your kid to college for free. Yeah! Get an education! In fact, steal one! Yeah! That's the only way to guarantee survival these days... perhaps by design? Then, when we're all guilty of breaking some law, Hilary can commute our sentences and we can go on living by her permission. The antidote: Atlas Shrugged, Hank Rearden: “Mr. Ward, what is it that the foulest bastards on earth denounce us for, among other things? Oh yes, for our motto of 'Business as usual.' Well—business as usual, Mr. Ward!”

That people like her refuse to follow a rational policy, clearly marks her as an evil presence that does not care what happens as long as they are in a position to take whatever they want from everyone else. If it doesn't all collapse before they die, more the better. There is no system that punishes good behavior and rewards bad, that is sustainable.

You'll get inflation cycle again no matter who wins the so far meaningless election. Three things in common for all business othere than collecting taxes for the government.

    Quality of product or service
    Quanitity of product or service
    Price of product or service.

They can adjust one, two or all three to meet the demands of legitimate business expenses COB and the demands of COG or Cost of Government or because of the demands of COG

When they reach a point where there is no profit. they close their doors and go watch baseball. What happened to the employees? Governments problem.

Income doesn't necessarily rise as productivity rises. The increased productivity can be used for increased profits or lower prices. If all the players in an industry are having similar productivity increases, they may compete with lower prices which will improve the availability of goods to the consumer but not increase wages.

Competition for the labor pool will have a large effect.

Income rises as productivity rises. Increasing income without a corresponding productivity increase results in inflation (more dollars chasing the same amount of goods). If she's elected, prepare for Hillaryflation.

As usual, it's a shell game. If an increasing minimum wage is mandated, price inflation will follow. If Hillery is sincere in wanting to protect purchasing power, then price controls are inevitable. And that, by definition, is a planned economy. If price controls are not part of the equation, then rampant inflation will be the result. And the only winner there is, of course, government. Big surprise, huh?
