    To answer your question...no. We have had a new series of laws passed here in California that indicate to me that nothing is off limits anymore. The gates have opened. I see it here. Get ready, my friends. You aint seen nothing yet...

    Couldn't agree more, but history is definitely not on our side (school lunch program, Race to the top, etc.).

    It sickens me that no one in leadership is fighting this.

    I sincerely hope that this will be a tipping point and back-fire on them.

    The only way HUD can enforce this is if you take their money.
    This seems to be a major mechanism by which the Fed forces its whim on us all locally.

    With some effort and foresight, this move by the Beltway Marxists could trigger a "Divest DC" movement.

    Stop taking their money, then tell them to pound sand.
