Predator drone used against American on US soil
The worst thing is he is going to the slam from not allowing the cops to invade his property. Oh, and the original charges were dropped, so everything he is convicted of is a result of the government instigating the situation.

- 1Posted by xthinker88 11 years, 2 months ago in reply to this comment.Using the Army to enforce the law is against the law due to the Posse Comitatus act (from a long time ago - I forget the year) except under specific conditions. Using the Navy or the Marines would not be technically against the law. I don't know about the Air Force as I don't think it existed when that law was passed.Permalink|
