Q: Is there a move to make Obama eligible for more than two terms as president?

A: A bill that proposes repealing the 22nd Amendment has been introduced, but so far it has very little support.

    FULL QUESTION

Is there any truth in Obama wanting to repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution so he can be president for life? I am seeing many sites referring to him as King Obama and that he wants to be president for life.

    FULL ANSWER

It’s true that New York Rep. Jose Serrano, a Democrat, introduced a bill (H.J.RES.5) on Jan. 6, when Congress opened, proposing the repeal of the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which limits presidents to two terms. Repealing that amendment would require ratification by three-fourths of the states.

Imagine if this got stuck into the Iran Deal, or stuffed into the Highway Bill in exchange for de-fundingPlanned Parenthood.

What should be frightening is this man even considering a third term - unConstitutional or not! The fact that he's coming out and saying it publicly combined with his outright disdain for the Constitution tells me that he may just try to ignore the Constitution entirely.

He may also be doing it because his Party's "shoo-in" candidate is anything but.

LOL... actually, the first thing that came to mind was "Hey, he's really giving a Smack-Down to Hillary!". Not exactly a vote of confidence when you look at it that way.

They have always hated each other, maybe there is an on-going civil war again between the Obama Camp and the Clintons in the Libtard party.. we can only hope.

Interesting. In 2005, I definitively concluded to myself and those close around me that the American people have lost control of their government. In 2012, I definitively concluded in similar manner that the looters and moochers now out number the producers.

    Anything is possible going forward.

He doesn't give a crap for the constitution. He'd declare it invalid in a heartbeat if he could get away with it. To him, it's merely an obstruction to his agendas.

My favorite option. If he doesn't abdicate it's still the second term.

Second option. He fires Biden and selects Hillary as VP. Then in the last year resigns the Presidency and is appointed VP.

    a. Now he can blame Hillary for anything not useful in legacy building.

    b. I'd have to check but it might not count as a full term allowing him to run again or as was suggested just make it an Executive Order.

    c. After all has this area been visited by the Supreme Court yet?

I would bet abdicating is the better choice.

But then who knows what a shyster will do or a rigged election.
