Kerry: We Can't Reveal Contents of Secret Side Deals to American People

We could tell you, but we'd have to kill you?

We have to pass the treaty, er, agreement so that we can see what's in it?

This group of rank amateurs couldn't negotiate their way out of a paper bag. They think they're the smartest folks in the room, but they're playing checkers while our opponents are playing chess.

Conress needs to demand that the content of these secret side deals be made public. Otherwise, they're not doing their job.

This is truly scary! That some of our elected (or non-elected) officials think that they can arbitrarily keep the Truth from the American people while at the same time our friends (and enemies) have full access to the same data. Could it be that this administration has sold us out again? That is more than a rhetorical question! It seems that this "DEAL" is a total sellout by folks that are either in over their heads or, do not have our best interests in mind!!

Which is it? You can't fix STUPID!

Damn, I've despised Kerry since the early 70's and he's still as much a mealy mouthed, phone bastard as he was then. Nothing's changed.

The idea is we have all this secrecy to keep our enemies from learning it, but I firmly believe much gov't secrecy is in place to make it easier for officials to take action without being judged by the people who elected them.

"So the ayatollahs will know what they agreed to but not the American people?"
Damn. His only answer is gov't officials on both sides will know. That makes us look awful.

Yep, my first thought was that he must be "channeling" Pelosi.

This from the most transparent administration in US history.

Herman Munster strikes again...I thought that he was an idiot when he ran for president, and I see no reason to change that opinion.
