There is nothing about powering the plans with anything nuclear. Misleading.

Sure. No surprise there. They are currently flying old Russian rust buckets. Most sovereign nations that have airlines actually have them run/owned by the government, at least partially. They need airplanes that will stay in the air. I don't see this as a big deal.
