    I think this can be used as a tool for a number of actions-but piracy and infringement are the main reasons. One wonders if it can be used to censure for other reasons-hmmm

    Your?cument. legalese is not my favorite language/ Seized per Southern District of New York.
    If they are tried and found not guilty, do they get it all back or is it like some drug arrest add property seizures, once made irreversible?
    Not defending what was claimed to be don, just wondering.
