"We're dropping Minnesota."
I am a producer, by the Atlas Shrugged definition and the movie definition. In addition to being a radio talk show host I'm the producer of the new movie, An Inconsistent Truth, which is an answer to Al Gore's film.
I was invited to be a part of Atlas Shrugged 3 and was delighted to accept. Like so many of you, I waited years to see Ayn Rand's masterpiece brought to the silver screen. The first two were excellent and I'm looking forward to number 3.
I play the part of Eugene Lawson. Lawson is a looter of the first order. After destroying a bank he headed in Wisconsin, and almost taking the entire state down with him, he was tapped to join the Bureau of Economic Planning in Washington. Proof that the old adage is true. Defecation really does float to the top.
In my one scene, Lawson is sitting at a dinner table filled with black ties, cognac and fine cigars as the looters plot to cut off rail service to Minnesota. It's primarily a confrontation between Cuffy Meigs (Tony Denison) and Dagny (Laura Regan) who warns Meigs that cutting off Minnesota will cut off the farmers and starve the country.
I deliver my one and only line at the end of the scene when I announce to the table, "We're dropping Minnesota." I studied for days to master that line. ;)
Thanks to Harmon, John, Jim and all the great folks on the set of Atlas Shrugged 3. Can't wait to see the movie in theaters.
And remember what I always tell people who want to tax the rich more. When you soak the rich, everybody gets wet.

Thank you for taking on a difficult task.
You get to play a man we'll love to hate.
But we'll remember the actor we love, as well.
So glad you are part of this.
