My new favorite judge.

From the article: “It is not the court’s function to adjust the competing political and economic interests disturbed by the introduction of Uber-type apps,” he wrote.

    Finally the news comes out that a judge got it right! (I can't imagine why the media is even reporting on it.) Italy has been trying to regulate competition for years, and it's obvious how that's been working, or to be more precise, NOT working.
