Yes you are absolutely right. Thank you. One example is I actually felt guilty about being the smartest kid in my primary school classes. I just tried my best as I thought I was meant to do. When the other kids bullied me I figured I deserved it for being a "show off" and getting top marks. Might sound ridiculous but only now in my mid 40s have I finally realised it wasn't my fault if my best happened to be better than that of my peers.

Prior to starting this book, I was misled, confused and riddled with guilt. I'm still only half way through but this book has spoken to me like no other. My thinking is changing and I feel so much better for it. Thank you for your welcome.
