This brings up a problem with the word "right" in the present political language. Do you have a right to health care? Yes, if you mean the classical definition of right, meaning that the government and no one else should interfere with your attempt to acquire health care. But the answer is no if you mean that someone has to provide you health care.

I think Dr. Paul means that no one should keep you from drinking raw milk, not that the government or someone else owes you raw milk.

I just do not like this quote. It should read :" I would like to restore your right to sell raw milk anytime you'd like."

the quote above assumes the consumer is king. typical Austrian perspective. carry on :)
