The Communitsts/Socialists/Marxists now aka Liberals/Progressives have been rearing their ugly heads on and off since the early 1900s. It just seems that had they waited a decade or 2 longer they would have succeeded with the indoctrination in schools and universities. It seems to me that Obama and the rest of the Progressives struck just a tad too soon before there was a complete hold.
There are still a few old folks around not willing to give up their freedoms !

Brittanica would make a completely different film today, redefining despotism to be the opposite of the existing US federal government and showing how the federal government did everything for the good of the people.
