This case is an example, where these buffoons have been allowed to stay on, take the 5th, and basically this is just blown over. Meanwhile they will be allowed to continue being the same corrupt crooks they are, just at a lower level. What they did was illegal, and wrong, yet the legal system is impotent to do anything. There are plenty of laws governing their actions that they violated, let alone ethics laws and rules, but nothing is able to be done. A law that is in existence, when violated, but not prosecuted, is a waste of electrons (or ink if hardcopy). But the fact it was wrong, is still in effect. HillaryBeast is a poster child for this.

Your use of the terms 'right or wrong over legal or illegal' might miss the point that virtually all existing laws are the Result of codifying something that was Determined (or agreed) to be Right Or Wrong.

What I noticed was also that virtually ALL Laws governing Anything come into existence AFTER someone or something Bad Happens and the rest of the culture or citizens get pissed off enough To Codify Their Disapproval As A "Law."

The really depressing part of all this is the complacency of the citizenry. No one but a few are outraged. They shake their heads and shrug it off. It is a preview of what will probably happen to Mrs. Clinton once the FBI finishes its investigation. No indictment. No punishment. So whenever you see any government official, just bend over, drop your pants and make it more convenient for them to screw you.

Yes, but I am way past tired of the facts that there never is any criminal charges. Our Justice system is a full joke, and I am at the point og switiching to "Right and wrong", over "legal and Illegal". The US justice system is dysfunctional, corrupt and useless for the purpose it was built. As Dale said, the law only applys to private citizens, and even then I bet half the time it does not. Just the poor chosen few get the full measure, which is why we have all this BS. Its a circular system.

As to 5th Amendment rights, I still believe that those must apply. They've already been weakened by Federal Courts. But at the same time, the punishments must be equatable.

I know Dale, but that does seem to be one of the major problems we have, doesn't it? It is so frustrating to see this and it seems just like a chunk of AS every time I see it. A government completely out of control, and has been, for quite a while...

Laws only apply to private citizens - didn't you know that. See Louis Lerner, Eric Holder, and the EPA just to name a couple off the top of my head.
