I can't understand why no one is talking about this. Seems to be a pretty big deal.

- 1Posted by LetsShrug 12 years, 6 months agoI hadn't heard about the Shanghai Ties, but I have been hearing about the credit card donations being made without the cvv code requirement. They are also asking for donations of 190.00 so it stays below the 200.00 mark that has to be reported. Nothing fishy about that though I'm sure.| Permalink
