Do they really think they're fooling anybody?

While the 2 yr delay to the individual mandate itself is blatantly political, does this administration think the public is so stupid that they can try to slip this through on the sly?

    And the MSM will never bother to point out the sinking ship or the rats gnawing holes in the bottom of the boat. (I know. Seems rather juxtaposed but grant a little poetic license.)
