    Maybe but every time I think of examples I find the cruelty was caused by government 'fetters.' AR is/was right and thanks for reminding us.

    Socialist Government is being called Cruel and it has destroyed such hope, progress and general good will that......

    I fear unfettered capitalism is a goal still far in the future.
