More roundabout legislation, the thing they left out was mention of the little caveat he added that if you are on Social Security and deemed unable to manage your finances, you cannot buy a gun. While that may make sense, since in those cases someone else is in charge of managing their finances, the real issue is the abuse by those people, which they do not address. More band aids and bubblegum on a dysfunctioanl system.

The man does not have emotions. But he thinks since emotions work for other heads-of-state (Putin, maybe?) then a show of emotion would work to gain himself adulation. As he once said, It worked for David Rockefeller---referring to David's belief that his daughter would not want to see him, for various reasons.
I recall when he said "I want the spread the wealth around" and that somehow got blamed on a plumber for not having a license.

The conservatives should open ridicule his behavior as unhelpful, spiteful, illegal, nonsense that it is, and make him out to be a spoiled, narcissist rat (that he is). "Oh, the king is dissatisfied with his dessert, and is throwing food...poor baby"
We should not get upset publicly. It shows we acknowledge his power. We should treat it like a fly to be swatted, and then paint Hillary as the same big baby with the same fascist intentions.
With a heavy heart I must admit that I don't think these measures will reduce crime.

But Obama's history shows otherwise. Not only did he go around Congress today to push his gun control agenda, an action the American people condemn on a variety of issues, he supports extreme gun control measures that are contrary to the Second Amendment according to the multiple Supreme Court rulings. A few examples:
-Obama supports a ban on handguns.
-Obama has voted to ban common ammunition.
-Obama has repeatedly voted against self-defense rights.
-Obama has suggested in the past that gun dealers stop selling semi-automatic firearms (essentially all firearms). During his speech today, he praised dealers who have done so.
-Obama believes in the "common-sense" gun laws of Australia and England, which required mass confiscation and gun bans.
-Obama has been advocating for thousands of citizens to be stripped of their Second Amendment rights without due process for showing up on the extremely inaccurate, bloated and unreliable terror watch list.
-Etc.
President Obama never has been, and never will be, a believer in the Second Amendment.
He doesn't believe in the Constitution either despite his oath of office, but then it's hard to impeach when most of Congress are co-conspirators.
Some years ago the nation passed 10,000 gun control laws en total. You can't slow down what isn't enforced.
Some days ago o'boohoos did his worst job of acting yet.
So what was the point? Like the other measures it's to protect the protective echelon and build a solid wall between a dictatorship and the nation.
The true test will come up when he orders the military to take the field against the citizens and gives the order to fire.
The Nuremberg defense won't work nor will failing to uphold their oath of office.
Starting with the Chairman Of The Joint Chiefs of Staff and down to the newest raw recruit.
Just to remind them when you see a soldier or sailor or airman and especially a Marine say "Thanks For Serving Our Constitution.'
Sometimes a little smile, handshake and a phrase like that goes a long way.
