Here We Go Again … IRS Destroys Another Hard Drive

This goes beyond the Lois Lerner debacle, it also invloves fundamental violation of personal and business rights. The IRS hired private attorneys at up to 1K/hr, to go after microsoft, and then MS objected. IRS is not allowed to hire non IRS attorneys for audits and investigations, because they have to abide by a constitutional oath. The amount of violations this government is doing is becoming rapidly seeking some action beyond impotent anger.

    Well, that is always one of their pity pot reasons for re-electing, or getting an unelected Governor here, to fix the issue. Over and over and over again.. when my kids were in school I had to yank em out because of crazy crap like a kid throwing a shoe at mine, and he made him eat it. Then the dumb ass principal, who was also superintendent getting 150K year in a poor crap town, told me why they couldn't do anything because the kid was special ed and got them triple money. It is a lost a cause as hoping for a real president to show up, might as well bet on a second coming while you are at it...

    I'm going back to the days when I attended school there. We referred to Seniors that way as Oregon had nothing to offer in the way of economic reasons to stay. But I've heard that what you say is true If you want to grow up stupid go to school in Oregon.

    Uh, if they are an export, they must be returning large numbers as defective, as the schools have gotten so bad, all you need is to agree with the feel good indoctrination to graduate, and even then their drop out rate is huge.

    Oregon's voter manipulation has continued in two ways. They now send ballots to unverified old addresses and count them as valid when they return. Their vote by mail system has not protections and no way to tell who did the actual voting. In a drug induced state the State is suspect of voter fraud at the very least. which only applies when they send people to interfere with the rest of the United States in Washington DC. About Five Representatives, Two Senators and the votes for Prez and VP.. No problem disallow the votes for those nine and electoral college Let the rest of it stew in it's own juices? It's not that important a place and has nothing to offer. Except High school Seniors as an annual export.

    Roy, you are correct, indeed. I posted a video here last election where a guy was in an Ohio voting both and videoed with his I phone where an electronic machine would go to the democrap even when he pressed republicrap. Yet we NEVER heard a word about it. Never investigated, and that is telling of who is running what. I am not sure we have had a valid election in decades. I have even seen where a candidate for county commisioner here in oregon won by 120 votes, then mysteriously, after three recounts, they had the incumbant win with 6 votes. Every time a different number. If a color the ball ballot can be misread so much, we need to go back to voter booths, which we never will as it is the hardest way to manipulate. Yet no one seems concerned, as they have given away their responsibility for voting..

    Government will always take whatever power they are allowed to take. In my mind the IRS is bad, we the people are worse.

    In the 50ies when election fraud was thought to be happening it turned into a gun fight to prevent it. Common citizens said no way and stopped it.

    In the last presidential election in Ohio we had two entire counties vote 100% obama and no one even raised an eye brow.

    The IRS can do it because no one cares enough to fight them, but I think part of the reason no one cares enough is because what will happen if you do fight them, take them to court and before congress.

    The courts will not impose any kind of penalty on a government entity and congress will just spend lots of money on hearings, release a report and do nothing about it.

    When has the Internal Revenue Service NOT been an out of control Rogue Agency? Who are incapable of writing clear understandable instructions or instructions they don't violate thirty seconds after they are published.

    Something else an end user consumption tax would solve. 26,000 lawyers whose one brief is to incriminate the entire population? Our of how many employees? How do you spell IRS? Gimme a K...Gimme a G....

    Just another rogue agency.
    Hope they don't surround MSFT's headquarters with armored personnel vehicles and helicopters as the FBI did at Waco.

    There is only one solution.
    Shut the IRS down and declare the 16th amendment null and void on ethical grounds.
    Close down all extra-constitutional activities including: FDA, EPA, BATF, FBI, Education, BLM, and NSA.
