I Nurse The Suspicion That Justice Scalia Was Murdered

Old Dino has been sniffing the air. And something seems a bit fishy.
I read that Scalia was quite lively and having a good time before he said that he was tired and wanted to sleep.
I also recall reading that the Clintons have a history of people who suspiciously wind up dead.
I could be wrong--if only about the Clintons.

Who knows if some quickly killing substance may have been injected while Scalia slept at the home of a big time Obama supporter.
    Who knows . . .?
    Who knows . . .?
Who will ever know for sure.

"Thar he laid daid wit' a piller o'er his haid."
I felt somehow compelled to write that.

I just read the clarifying statement by the local sheriff. He apologized for not realizing how his original statement could be misinterpreted. By describing the scene with the pillow "over his head" it led people to read that as "over his face." What he meant to describe was that the pillow was not under Scalia's head, but up against the headboard. In attempting to meticulously describe a death scene that did not infer a crime scene, he only fed the conspiracy theorists.

A side note on the selection of a replacement there is much discussion of course on the months from here to January 20th. I'll leave that for the moment except to say
There is no magic date such as an election.
    There are no qualifications except
    a. nomination by the President
    b. confirmation by the Senate
Nomination does not automatically include confirmation during recesses as the SCOTUS already pointed out to President Dumb Ass

No education, citizenship, age, or any other requirement...zero, zip, nada goose egg.

However there is a notion floating around to expand the court to nineteen

    Automatic Amendment Status
If passed by the States ...which one or one's would wait four years to be the confirming supporters if it meant...

One President selecting TEN new justices at the same time.

    Comments?

Imagine the conspiracy theories that would arise uh huh uh huh uh huh...

That could very well be, however, remember there are a lot of "them" between the FBI and a DOJ indictment, so they still have some fallback positions. Whats her name in DOJ is one of them. Loretta Lynn? Lynch? Whatever..

It's true that Hillary is using it as a diversion. It's a Clinton ploy that's been used many times. However, this is an FBI investigation and if they indict, or just make the results public in an attempt to indict, the diversion ploy might become so obvious that even the brain-dead voters could see it.

I just felt moved to elaborate.
A circumstantial suspicion due to a government run by weasels and a judgement based on solid evidence are two different things.

That is the first time I have heard the "above head" vs "over it". Again, we will get 85 versions of it before it dies off..so you can have your pick.

Not going to argue the point, you can go with the pureness of our current regime if you wish. I tend to not trust what seems to be out of the norm, especially with a lot of issues surrounding it. Just as JFK was really shot by a lone gunman, we never went to the moon...ohh we better not go there...

I don't see how it cannot help but help the Beast. It diverts everyone from her criminal activity, makes Republicrats look like evil ninny's and it fits their infamous "not fair". Bonus points for them, and clears her path.

How long has it been since "our real government"? I am guessing it died around 1860? But yes, that is pretty much what is needed. The power of big business and their self interests do not encourage the old ways, jedi.

Sad, that this nation started out so well...and ended so badly. Maybe a lot of the early years stuff was also not quite what we think it was.

Note that I didn't say your suspicions are wrong. I agree that the combination of how weak the upcoming Democrat candidates for President are has created much fear among liberals their window to liberalize the SCOTUS may be closing. I also don't doubt that there are those who are entirely capable of pulling off such an execution of such a key official without a hint of guilt or remorse. All I'm saying is that the probability is more likely that this is an unfortunate coincidence.

    You could well be right.
Unfortunately, the misbehavior of the reigning Liar-In-Chief and the Clintons' curious history of people winding up dead has created a climate of intense distrust among many Americans who do not suffer from the mental disorder of libtarditis.
Motive? The socialist wet dream of installing that sorely needed one more supreme court judge to fundamentally destroy America.

I agree all is very suspicious, and you can add Vince Foster to your list. The Robert Kennedy case just made minor news with the 90 something year old testifying to grant parole to Sirhan because he did not do it. But the government conducts the investigations and we little people have nothing to work with. I can see the argument that Obama wants to appoint another justice and to do that one now sitting needed to go away, but in my opinion it is a far leap to (at least at this point) to believe Scalia was murdered.

As to JFK Jr., I spent 51 years in aviation, 35 as a flight instructor. My opinion, after reading the accident report is he was just another arrogant guy who thought himself to be invincible and he simply was flying a plane that was beyond his skill level in flight conditions beyond his abilities and experience level. The crime is he killed innocents instead of just himself.
