I Nurse The Suspicion That Justice Scalia Was Murdered

Old Dino has been sniffing the air. And something seems a bit fishy.
I read that Scalia was quite lively and having a good time before he said that he was tired and wanted to sleep.
I also recall reading that the Clintons have a history of people who suspiciously wind up dead.
I could be wrong--if only about the Clintons.

An autopsy would be the proper thing to do. However, the thought of a loved one being sliced and diced even though it's just a carcass, is horrifying to many people. We try to not be naïve, which causes us to look at the negative aspect of everything. Add to this, that Scalia was and is greatly revered and the thought of making this kind of a fuss over his death would be anathema to many folks. Even if it is foul play, it would be a lose-lose situation to anyone wanting to investigate the great man's passing.

My wife and I came to the same conclusion. The article has many holes in it, he goes to be at night, then fails to get up for breakfast or dinner, and then they find him with pillows over his head? Looks as if he didn't awake from a nap? This sounds like really bad fiction. And very believable since the govt seems to not care if you believe them or not.

If the immediate next of kin ( his wife or any one of his many many children) wanted a private autopsy if they harbored any suspicions about his death, couldn't they have one done ? Wouldn't his own family know his health most accurately ?
I love a good conspiracy, but then I take my tinfoil hat off and just say to myself what a staggering loss this is. And tremendously sad.

I also nurse the suspicion that Antonin Scalia died from an act of murder. We can easily show that the local authorities did not handle his death in a manner up to professional standards. No autopsy--are they kidding? A prominent public official dies suddenly when in apparent good health, and apart from the presence of any witness? That's an automatic Medical Examiner's Case in any jurisdiction where I have ever practiced or trained. And what to do about the report from an employee of that dude ranch, that whoever found him, found his head underneath a pillow?

Add this to it: seek whom the crime would profit.

Antonin Scalia would have been our real-life Judge Narragansett. And that would definitely make him a target.

"A couple of people I know," then. And of course it's all speculation, as is this whole line of discussion, unless there's something I've not heard.

"It has been suggested." That's a Trumpian form of argumentation. Suggested by whom? On what evidence?

Why would anyone be surprised that PTBs would help an 89 year old man on his way to heaven. I would have thought that ginzberg would have been first to go naturally.

People who die in bed often are found with pillows near or on them. Try again. Hint: Tell us about wounds, weapons, bleeding, signs of breaking and entering, people who entered his room, witnesses who heard something unusual, etc. There were US Marshalls on site whose only duty was to monitor and protect Scalia. They probably had dogs with them. Don't you think they looked for signs of foul play?

The vast majority of deaths do not trigger an autopsy. How many deceased people in your family were autopsied?

I trust you are all kidding, right? What do you mean about "perfect" timing? Perfect would have been 6 months ago when even Mitch McConnell would not be able to invent an invisible ink Constitutional exception to the Appointment clause in the President's last year. You have the burden of proof on this issue. What is your evidence of murder?

This has been handled in a manner to almost create suspicion. Obama loves to poke at America. Creating doubt might be to his pleasure. No autopsy, a quick embalming, pronouncement of cause of death over the phone based on a discussion with a US Marshal could all be incompetent cover-up or intentional incitement.

It's been suggested that the Cruz campaign is behind it, because they suspected that Scalia would have voted down whether Cruz was a citizen under his "original intent" philosophy.

That being an Italian rifle, only a cuscino silenziatore was left behind.
That's Italian for a pillow silencer.
It's a choker that leaves no bullet holes to investigate.
It's not much for leaving other marks either.

I read today that the owner of the hunting ranch that was present when the body was discovered, reported that Scalia was found with his pillow on his head.

My first thought, after being saddened, was that the timing of his death was perfect for the ojenda (just like Breitbart).

Sadly, I see the discrete murder of a SCOTUS as something our government would do with little hesitation.
