Since both parties are essentially the same creature serving slightly different interest groups, it is not an indication of bias on their part, except to holding our imperial masters to the law. I am sad to see they have the same results I have had at a local level, indicating the issue is just as bad as the Spanish Flu was.

I think though, a lot of it is the social structure that allows mediocrity to become the standard and be celebrated. Most politicians, other than their slimy money grubbing skills, and mediocre thinks at the best of times. The current empires efforts at diplomacy are a good example, and their handling of scandal another. And if, by some miraculous chance it does get widely disseminated, will anyone give a flying F---?
