    Agreed. What really pisses me off is the courts immunity. I have watched too many people get screwed by some arrogant judge who thinks he/she is the smartest person on earth and is above it all. Its a game of attrition and will on their part. Its not their time and money. And voters couldn't care less - unless, of course they are the ones getting screwed.

    Regarding the last sentence, I wish there were consequences if they try this and it turns out to be unjustified.

    I read the opinion which is a remand back to the Federal District Court and same Judge. It sounds as if the DOJ gets another bite at the apple.

    I still don't get why the cops thought 'Canna residue' was significant. Canna is a flower.
