Emmy-winning artist depicts Jesus from Shroud

I hesitated on posting this but I think if you IGNORE the "Christianity" implications here and enjoy the TECHNOLOGY here, present and perhaps past...this shroud is the only one of it's kind.
Imagine...a 2D representation of a 3D subject.
Side Note:...carbon 14 dating is not reliable. Unbeknownst to many, some years back scientist discovered that radio active decay had sped up...turns out it is not the constant we once thought. Also at the same time it became necessary to re-identify the periodic table because the structural identity of each of these elements changed also.
This too, has been a cycle of unknown occurrence or at least the results of a cycle.

P L E A S E !
How naive is this guy? Scientific Observation? Man-made global warming has more science, and it is complete rubbish.
First, the original text was an opinion of the observer, and we have no scientific way to vet the observer.
Ever considered that the original text written as observed might be significantly different from a text that has been politicized, translated, and rewritten hundreds of times over the centuries by powerful people with a vested interest in preserving their own power and wealth?
Third, this is the artist's conception of his observations and he does it to entertain and to promote himself as an artist.
Nothing wrong with promoting yourself as an artist unless you make a religion of it to defraud the audience.
I was interested in the 3D but now you know why I hesitated...probably shouldn't of posted...
I am a bit sensitive about being manipulated by history especially when it defies science as we now know it.
