Sure. You ignore the Constitution. It's what Obama and the Democrats have been doing for years and the Republicans have been letting them get away with.

Any rights denying mechanism can only be with due process including right to face one's accusers if it is to be Constitutional.

I actually agree with the no-fly == no-buy, BUT in the opposite way the politicians mean it. Instead of being a reason to take away more rights, it should be a reason to expand the right to fly.

The way they're using it chaps my ass because it's built on an unstated burden on citizens to prove their rights. It's the same thing as people saying "you need make a case why drugs/guns/XYZ ought to be allowed," as if rights were something possessed only by the state to be doled out only for good reason.

Its called dictatorship, and another of many steps toward serfdom and eventually to genocide.
As expected, HRM Donnie is in favor of more gun control and more government power.
