I have no idea what to make of the "Roark3D" credit in the video. Kindred spirit?

With the political fiasco we live in I've never wanted it more than now.
This land is lost - but the future is still ours!

Your seastead will still need a navy, and at least one module to serve as a combination yard and launch platform.

It would be living on a boat...been there, done that and it's great but over the long haul...nothin like solid ground.

The attraction here, as some have pointed out, is a country could be created where no country existed before...obvious dangers to consider but we could get away from all the craziness.

I had never seen a modular design. I loved the way they can move. We always hear location is paramount in real estate. Locations on a modular floating city would move. I often hear about how some location had some good things, BUT it's under the flight path of the airport or is near a troubled neighborhood. Now they could just move. All that potential value of that real estate would be restored, not destroyed by what's going on nearby.
