Cochran election shenanigans: time for a third party? (Allen West hints at 3rd Party in retaliation for Mississippi)
And I agree.
Since no time is a good time, there's no time like the present.

When Jeb was my state's governor, he actually was a good governor and definitely better than the two so-called Republicans who have followed him. Since then, Jeb has definitely veered to the left and gone astray.Permalink|

Perot's candidacy helped Clinton get elected but I doubt Bush or Dole would have changed much. We need a candidate to get excited about. If Hillary and Jeb are the choices I'll be using the write in feature.Permalink|
- 3Posted by $ jbrenner 10 years, 10 months agoIt is time for the Republican Party to go the way of the Whigs. I have been third party for many years. I'll support some Republicans during the primary process, but there are so few politicians with Gulch values that get elected. Most lose to a looter of one stripe or another, usually in the Republican primary. The only power that the few that make it through like Mike Lee or Ted Cruz have is the power of the microphone.Permalink|
- 3Posted by richrobinson 10 years, 10 months agoThe one thing that Democrats and Republicans agree on is that they don't want a third political party. As much as I would like another option Injust don't see it working. Even if we won a few elections the majority party heads all committees. That could give control of the Senate back to the Democrats.Permalink|
