Take a look at the link, and tell me which scandal becomes your "champion".
Border? What border? would probably win this week, but in a week that was scandal-free (Is there such a thing anymore?), I would vote for IRS thuggery and the computer crashes that followed. This is such a wide open competition that I honestly could see about five of these "winning".

What's in the offing? How about "forgiving" college loan debt. How about new regulations that any doctor/hospital not taking Medicaid will not have licenses renewed. How about FCC finding a way to shut down FNC. How about the Fed instead of raising interest rates, keeps them the same or even goes to negative interest. Just a few possibilities.

Or as another famous politician put it - "If the Pres does it, it's not against the law."

Don't forget the role that BHO played in the housing collapse before his presidency. Behind Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, BHO received more money than anyone else to make "housing more affordable".

What about the mess that Obama made of bankruptcy law with the bailout of Chrysler and GM? Would the Hobby Lobby/War on Women fall under the "If You Like Your Healthcare Plan, You Can Keep It", or should it be its own scandal?

The "wild card" would be declaration of martial law or whatever excuse is used for the Browser Hijacker Object in Chief to serve beyond two terms.

There are actually several scandals that didn't even make the "tournament". Cash for Clunkers, along with the selective closing of only those car dealerships who were Republican donors.

Since the law is whatever Obama says it is, we are now a nation under the rule of men, rather than a nation of laws.

Many of the matches in these brackets would have to be decided in Overtime, but my money for the "Winner" would be on the brazenness expressed by countless executive decisions:

"The Law is whatever I say it is"

Should be a "wild card" for a new scandal. Never know when something else will happen with this group. I think if any of the 5 Gitmo releases commits a major act of terrorism that would be hard to ignore.
