The 14th amendment says if you are borne in the US you are a citizen of the United States and no state can infringe on those privileges. No where in the amendment does it mention "Rights"

If you are a state citizen where will they deport you too? I think you are thing of people from other countries.

Where is it written that Citizens have privileges but not rights?..or is this someone's interpretation...Just don't remember that.

but as a non citizen, you can be deported for any number of "crimes" they deem are unacceptable.

That is a good idea. Ron Paul wants that too, but it wont happen as it will cut the ability of the rich and powerful from getting funds from it.

Hi Olduglycarl, I'm trying to show people that things aren't the way we think they are. Like the 14th amendment says if you are borne in the United States you are a "citizen of the United States". In US v. Antony 24Fed 829 (1873) the court found " citizen of the United States" to be a special class of citizen created by congress. What congress creates congress controls. As a citizen of the United States you have no rights only privileges and no protection under the constitution. The trick is to not be a US citizen so they can't harm you.

What is known? Well...it's a Kakistocracy just like all the other governments of the world.
However, we the people still have mechanisms in place to correct some things, at least a degree or two.
But...truly draining this swamp dry and putting in nice clean navigable waters is not likely...it doesn't mean we shouldn't try though.

How many in the Gulch realize we have a corporation supplying gov. services? We haven't had a true gov. from perhaps 1871. So that is why actually making a gulch will be so difficult.
