Just found out that I can have wheatgrass. But with red meat...it's just not protein, I need the fats.
For O's,( 50% of the population)...the lamestream has got it wrong. Granted we don't need the fat laced meat, factory meats have but we do need the fats we can only get from clean lean meat.
I do juicing from time to time Too. I just get bored...my hyper body does also.

kale is 40% protein with zero fat....as is spinach...i get all my enzymes and vitamins in my 16 oz green drink after the 2 ozs of wheatgrass....i have prostate of a 30 yr old man according to my doctor...cancer thrives on sugar...hates oxygen...wheatgrass juice is 90% oxygen...

I use the bloodtype diet, (http://right4yourtype.com), it changed my life and would have calmed an overactive thyroid had I known I was eating the wrong foods. (just think how much money I would have not getting speeding tickets!) I am O and clean red meat is like a medicine for me but not very good for the other blood types. You might want to check it out to make sure your doing the right things for Your body.
I've seen with some people, just getting away from processed foods and tainted meats improves their health but later symptoms show up that suggest that they need some of the clean foods they gave up.
Sometimes also, just getting away from allopathic treatments makes a big difference.

thanks...i also went into naturopathic practices 20 yeaars ago...i am raw vegan and grow most of what i eat...i juice 2 ozs of wheatgrass every morning...sometimes in the late afternoon...and do 2 ozs up where the sun don't shine once a week....no meat...no chicken...no fish...no dairy..i also have not had the flu or a cold for over 15 yrs...

Aluminum, carbon and polyethylene are top picks.
Molecules must be very small and tight. Do not know how carbon or polyethylene would stand up to high heat...for this purpose aluminum is out of the question.

I have been into natural medicine for over 20 years and lately have been privy to new products.

Any aerospace company with a high altitude aircraft in mind should plan on incorporating "low-Z" materials as a form of shielding which is not as reactive to high speed particle impact. Otherwise we'll be seeing more unfortunate effects.

i am a retired pilot of the Air Force and American Airlines...they have been collecting the data forever...it sits in the back right besides the "orange" recorder of all flight data and voice recordings of the last two hours.(it loops over the previous data)...the only airplane with a warning device for excessive radiation absorption was the Concorde...there was a bell in the cockpit...the procedure if the bell was ringing, was to descend until the bell quit ringing...they were at 60,000 ft at mach2...they did not know how much radiation they had just absorbed...all seating was first class...a politicos and top CEOs and movie stars...

we have 6 times most cancer rates...heart disease...and eye problems...mac de...glaucoma...etc...and do not make it to age 65 retirement...

female flight attendants have higher misscarries..lower birth weight babies...female pilots ground themselves the minute they find out they are pregnant....

Holes in the ozone are naturally occurring and not man made...has nothing to do with your AC. There are natural arrisoles in the atmosphere but even that's not a real problem. The ozone layer might be effected by the ionosphere more than arrisoles.

Correct...unless you have a sever health risk, then it doesn't matter how many times you fly but when and where you fly.
Problem: We still don't have a timely, accurate global wide system to rely on here, not to mention awareness of the problem. I have seen a lot of articles on this subject lately and it does seem that some scientist and NASA are working on it but I wouldn't expect anything soon.
