I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch...to visit and confirm that im not crazy and that there really are people out there with common sence. Sometimes my spelling lapses

    Welcome Calvin. Unfortunately, there are some here who take glee in pointing out the deficiencies in others. Pay them no heed (or if you're like me, just tell them to go "piss off.") Most of us will judge by the content of the communication not by the spelling.

    Im no wiz kid. But didn't Clinton play a numbers game with the debt that eventually made things worse. The "networks" did not touch on this at all, but FBN did a lot.

    A stretched technicality. A lot of smoke and mirrors but to his credit Clinton worked with Congress. The current President prefers the go it alone approach.

    Technically Clinton balanced the budget in his last couple of years when helped by Newt Gingrich. Nevertheless, Calvin Coolidge ranks #1 on my list of presidents.
