Yes, DD Harriman was, indeed, a Heinlein character. His name was Delos David Harriman and he appeared in "The Man Who Sold The Moon".

I might be in error, but wasn't David Harriman a character in a Heinlein's fictional future? It seems, by my recollection, that he developed something called a Power Stone". It was a battery like power source that supplied huge amounts of energy from a very small source but it did need "recharged" or replaced periodically.

This might an IQ test: if you cannot figure out how to buy it, then you probably will not benefit from it. I say that because I have no answer for your question.
