Hi - I've actually sent you 2 emails in regards to this. Like I said in those emails, I need to know which product you ordered (http://www.proudproducers.com/product...) and from where (Proud Producers or Amazon). Please reply to one of those emails and I'll be happy to get this straightened out for you.
