    That is all that a state does is to use force to remove the rights and property of its citizens. Government is like the dragon Hercules tried to slay where if one head was cut off two replaced it.

    The primary legitimate role of government is to protect the country from outsiders (a military) and to protect citizens from one another (a legal system).
