For hire. Graduating soon from a top-20 law school. Wants to work for an employer who values merit over pull, and work over socializing. Willing to work a "trial period."
I have a question regarding constitutional law. Am I right in the following assertion?
The votes of those citizens receiving federal government assistance in excess of the taxes they pay, or have paid, are being purchased by the federal representatives for who they are voting.
Isn't this illegal? If it is, can't there be a class action lawsuit brought against the federal representatives who are doing the purchasing, and the citizens who are then voting illegally?
