For Hire - Ex US Army Sniper Instructor - Is there any interest in this type of employment? It's been a few years but I am seeing many things much different now. I will respond to those that leave some contact information.

Raptor - send me a link and I will reply. I learned my skills out at Fort Bragg - '78 and '79. Initially, I was first on the 82nd Airborne - 3/325 Combat Pistol Team. We went all the way to All Army and as a team took 17 trophies on the way. "Colonel Gunn's Guns" was our team name. At my peak I could knock down shotgun shells at 25 yards with a 22 target pistol (standing position). As for Sniper... 92% hit ratio out to 900 yards. I've taught Seals and Special Forces.

darkstate - I am in TN, former army sniper, currently in school finishing my business degree/MBA, and have routinely tossed around the idea of opening a training institute near here. People like us don't belong in states like OR...what are your ideas for a training curriculum? I can send you my private address if you would rather...

I do like hearing from Texas. Have a friend or two that live there in Amarillo. You may still wish to have some advice on shooting techniques that has probably not made it to any of the books you've been reading. Back in '78 and '79 we realized that shooting, the better one was, was controlled immensely more by mental conditioning. Drop me an e-mail and I'll teach you how to breath once a minute.

I am located in Portland Oregon. But, I could respond to training questions if remote advice is nequested. For advice though I would have to know a bit about the person I'm discussing such matters with. Nothing intrusive. I just need to know that I'm not dealing with someone that is essentially deranged or has some voices talking in their head.
