For your information.

I am currently considering putting "Fraud Alerts" on my Credit reports.

There are some other methods to use along with a way to see if you are among those effected.

They may try to create new accounts if they got enough information.
Not sure I full trust these Credit Card companies, they likely have some dunces on board too!

I wonder if the fact that I already had my credit cards replaced 3 times in the past 6 months (as recently as 2 weeks ago) will mean that some of the data the hackers got is now out of date? Or will they just create some new accounts for themselves using my data?

Criminals are celebrated by the great unwashed because they too, are criminals and the unaware keep voting them into office.

Never mind that the criminals at the NSA have hacked 100% of the people, and we paid for them to do it to us. These guys are small potatoes in comparison. Will the worst criminals ever be punished?
