P.S. This is very important in California...where the law can confiscate your guns, if you have every seen a doctor for depression.

They (the Left) really need to cut through the crap and summarize it this way: "Hey, sign here that you hereby agree to permanently rescind your Constitutional rights and willingly (with great joy & confidence) allow the gov't to determine what rights you shall have and when you shall be allowed to exercise those rights. 2nd Amendment DOES NOT and WILL NEVER apply here: this right gets rescinded only once."

Cut through the questionably legal mumbo jumbo and just get down to it already!
