Nutty Nancy's most infamous line, "Let's pass this bill so we can see what is in it" should stand the test of time.
That won't stop her from trying to beat it it for just plain stupid, though.
"Just Plain Stupid" should be a category. "Humor" just doesn't quite cut it sometimes.
